The 43-year-old socialite posted the video over Memorial Day weekend, featuring her and Phoenix enjoying some pool time. However, fans quickly noticed that Phoenix’s blue life jacket was on backwards.

The arm and middle float section is intended to be worn in the front and closed with a strap in the back. In Phoenix’s case, the jacket was on with the strap in the front.
